By entering into our web page, Customers may obser-ve the contents of the boxes under our possession.
Is a system that allows, without the need to acquire file management software, to remotely manage one’s own file, both at the site of customer or at AdeA’s facilities.

Digitalization of documents at AdeA or at Customer’s facilities, as a result thereof generating digitalized files in formats standard in the industry (tiff, html, pdf, jpg, bmp, gif, etc).
Some processes are performed by automatic data entry (OCR, ICR)

Reliability of Entered Databases
 
The starting point of document recovery is the database generated over a documentary background. To such end we design data entry matrixes to the end of reducing human typing errors, using methods such as double typing or verification by recording, reaching reliability results of up to 99.95 %.
